Ingredients 🛍️
8 oz (225g) spaghetti
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 lb (450g) ground meat
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Grated Parmesan cheese (for serving)

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set
aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground meat over medium heat, breaking it up with a wooden
spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until the onion is
translucent.
Stir in crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for
about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the Bolognese sauce over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese
before serving.

2 cups cooked and cooled white rice
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add beaten eggs and scramble until they're cooked but still slightly runny.
Add the frozen mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they're heated
through.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry, breaking up any clumps, until the rice is heated.
Drizzle soy sauce over the rice, and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.

Lettuce leaves
Sliced tomatoes

Instructions 🧑🏼🍳
Divide the ground meat into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties. Season
with salt and pepper.
Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat.
Grill the burger patties to your desired level of doneness, usually 4-5 minutes per side
for medium.
While the patties are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Assemble your hamburger with lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, pickles, and any other
condiments you prefer.
